Ken and Palolo tie the knot
After six years of courting Ken Fidelis Eti and Palolo Tialogo Puaauli Seumanutafa Siaki decided to make their relationship binding.
The nmarriage ceremony was held at the Congregational Christian Church at Vaipuna where Rev. Komiti K.F Tuuau reminded the newlyweds that being married means a lifetime commitment.
“It’s not a contract; it is a lifetime commitment,” he told the newlyweds.
“It means you are ready to take on whatever life throws at you, like in your vows that you have said today,
“In sickness and in health, through the good times and the bad, for richer or poor you will be each other’s guardian.
“It won’t be easy but with God, then nothing and no one can break you two apart.”
The bride is 26 years old and she hails from the villages of Apia and Vaipuna.
She is the third of Tialogo
Puaauli and Vaimoana Seumanutafa Siaki’s four children.
She is a Senior Accountant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Her older brother Jack Seumanutafa describes his younger sister as a very humble person.
“She is the kind of person that when she sets her mind into something she makes sure she gets it,” he told the Sunday Samoan.
“She loves her family and she always prioritises us and especially our parents.”
Speaking of the bride and groom Jack said they have been courting for about six years now.
“The two lovebirds met when Ken was running a stand for his father and my sister was working at Treasury,” he said.
“I guess it was love at first sight.”
As for the groom he is 30 years old and he hails from the villages of Moamoa and Vaimoso.
He is the third child of the late Eti and Loreta Eti’s four children.
He runs a taxi stand business.
