What’s most appropriate

Dear Editor,

Re: Church opposes Govt.

I hope this would bring about change to the parasitic culture prevalent within the C.C.C.S. church and others, which has been the sole cause of spread of poverty in each congregation in the name of God!

The culture of individual faifeau who thought the measure of success to be shown to their superiors at Malua is replacing a perfectly well maintained and conditioned church with a brand new one of his own whim......or the contributions in kind and monies to Malua via their overhyped ‘fa’amati’ and ‘Me’.

Removing this culture and mentality would help ease up the financial burden and obligations of families in the communities.

Faifeau’s alofa should never have been taxed though.....the government has shown her desperation to cope with the indebtedness they incurred and brought upon the heads of all Samoans by taxing “donations”.

On the other hand, it would be most appropriate for the amount of ‘donations’ to be capped for fairness to individual families who are struggling hard day in and day out to feed their children.
