Love never fails according to the newly wedded couple, Vanu Rogina Berleme and Mohammed Mira Haroon Sahib.

The couple was blessed by Reverend Nuuausala Siaosi at Apia Protestant Church last Saturday before families and friends.

And the reception was held at the National University of Samoa’s Fale.

Vanu is the daughter of George and Rosita Berleme from Tanugamanono whereas Mohammed is the son of Aiga Mataia and Mohammed Babu Sahib from Sinamoga.

“I fell in love with him because he loves me for who I am, and never wants to change me.

“But then despite so many obstacles that we faced during our relationship for four years he always managed to put a smile on my face.

“He’s a funny joker and overall he makes me happy in a way no one else can,” she said

Vanu added that she was ready to spend the rest of her life with Mohammed.

Mr. Sahib said that making his newly wedded wife smile always melted his heart.

“True love is rare but I believe that I found mine, she is the reason why I can happily face everything that can come my way, so long as I have her by my side.

“No camera can capture what I can see when I look into her eyes and nothing compares to the feeling in my heart when she looks at me

“It is important to lean on each other’s strengths; forgive each other’s weakness,” he said.

Mother of the bride, Rosita Berleme wished the couple happiness and love for their future.

“In the beginning I was very happy that she has found someone very kind and loving.

“But now that we are on the day, I felt my heart fill up with tears; I mean there is a little part of me that is sad that I am going to lose my daughter.

“But then I am okay and I wish them nothing but happiness and love and I hope they will have kids while I am still around.”
