A group from Samoa, called the Samoa Pilgrims team, is on their way to Israel for the Feast of Tabernacles.

The team is led by Pastor Cruise and his wife Marissa Westerlund.

“There has been such a huge level of expectation and anticipation for this trip,” he said.

“Many believers have adopted this mission trip to be a part of their sacred prayer appeal before The Lord.

“It is a privilege to be going to The Holy Land and having being persuaded that The God of Abraham will personally take care of us while we’re there.”

Pastor Cruise believes that ‘it is the season where God is calling the South Pacific Islands to Israel.

“Bible prophesies are unfolding before our eyes,” he said.

“There’s chaotic events happening around the world. Some around the borders of Israel but what people don’t really know is that ‘Israel’ is also one of the safest places in the world.”

He explained that there are tons of evidence of God’s mighty power and strength being showcased through Israeli people.

“Sixty years ago, there was no country that was united and no army, and during that time frame, they were vulnerable to the Arabic nations that wanted to slaughter them.

“Ironically and based on solid historical evidence, within a small time frame of rebuilding their military power, they’ve managed to defeat the most powerful threats in the Middle East. Israel is filled with ridiculously crazy success stories over the years of perpetuating victories.

“It astounds me of how Israel, although , is  geographically smaller in size compared to the surrounding nations, but they are a nuclear power with one of the greatest air force supremacies in the world.

“This nation has lived to see the faithfulness of their God who has shown up from one generation to another.”

He said they are privilege to be able to see Israel.
