She follows her grand uncle Dr. Ailao Imo senior (1958) and  her uncle Dr. Sirovai Fuata’i (1981) of Moataa village, Vaimauga.

Dr. Kaylarina is the 9th doctor in the line-up of the Imo family graduate doctors from Otago, FSM and UPNG medical schools.

Two other Samoan medical students also graduated from Otago last weekend:  Dr. Mel Magele Mauiliu Magele, daughter of former Minister of Education and currently the Trade Commissioner in Auckland  and Dr. Fuimaono  Darlene Pupi, granddaughter of former Minister of Education, Fuimaono Mimio.  Well Done!
