An icy treat for the hot Manu
After an extremely hot week of training, Manu Samoa received an icy cool-treat.
The special request for Taxi Snow Cones by the Samoa Rugby Union was made possible by Taula Beverages who made a surprise visit at the conclusion of Tuesday's training session at St. Joseph’s College.
The beverage company holds exclusive beverage sponsorship over this weekend’s test match between Manu Samoa and Georgia and they felt that this treat was well deserved for the players.
“Taxi comes in seven different flavors; to show our support for our Boys in Blue we provided them with ‘Taxi BLUE Snow Cone’,” said Taula’s General Manager, Enele Westerlund.
“Taula Beverages Company is ecstatic to be supporting our Manu Samoa Team and this sponsorship only goes to show that as a 100% locally owned Beverage Company, Taula Beverages will always go the extra mile to back our National Team.”
Manu Samoa plays Georgia at Apia Park this Saturday.
