Come on, who did it?

Dear Editor,

So $50,000.00 tala is missing from the Samoa Land Corporation and no sign of forced entry?

I thought they could obviously find out who did it if they just ask. Who was the last one with the keys to the vault?

If someone broke in and stole the money then that would be considered a robbery but since nobody broke in the Samoa Land Corporation to steal the $50,000.00 tala it’s claimed as “missing”.

To me it’s still a robbery.

Now the police are investigating and some people will even point the finger at the Samoa Land Corporation as being “corrupt”.

I remember working at a department store in the states and a security guard telling me that 95% of theft cases were by the employees themselves. All kinds of theories can pop up.

Makes me scrutinize Samoa Land Corporation and whose hands are handling taxpayers money. Makes me question about any other moneys that just magically disappear.

Makes me suspicious if the police are involved too. Let me be fair, there’s no need to point fingers because in theory anybody is a suspect.

How does $50,000.00 tala disappear is difficult to fathom compared to $0.50 sene disappearing?

How does $50,000.00 tala just walk out of the safe and take a vacation from being locked up at the Samoa Land Corporation?

Telling me that $50,000.00 tala is missing is about as asinine as saying that Scooby Doo ate the money. So Who did it?
