The Ministry of Police has added a manslaughter charge against senior nursing officer Luse Emo Tauvale. She has also been charged with negligence causing death and perverting the course of justice. Tauvale, 58, of Lefagaoalii, Savai’i is now scheduled to appear for mention in the Supreme Court on August 27.
