Catching shadows

Dear Editor

Re:Toa Captain disappointed, says lots of work to be done

It looked like there was no spark in the second half, no direction or leadership.

That’s where a vocal captain comes in... Also there needs to be a playmaker, at scrum half to drive the team along and make split second decisions with the ball.

More creativity.

Another disadvantage I believe, is playing against an opponent dressed in black jerseys especially at night.

It’s an unfair advantage that most NZ teams have, dressed like the night, it must be like trying to catch shadows!
