That’s the sad part about this system we’ve been accustomed to. We never had a chance to study the corrupt system we have until we really take a closer look of how the system really works. Your husband is a smart man and he knows the value of your land. 

Stay the coarse and find another way to get money without loaning any from the bank. They monopolize “real estate” assets by giving you nothing in the first place and then they required you to signed a promissory note to pay them money with interest. 

That’s the game of monopoly they’ve been played on us for so long.
