Samoa’s development

The development of Samoa by the Government should always be based upon God’s righteousness and God’s morals instead of monies and food.

We have witnessed the departure of our leaders from God and now we have immoral in our Parliament. As a result, our country is now under the control of an absolute regime.

We have witnessed during session after session after session in our Parliament the confrontation of M.Ps by the Prime Minister to shut down the M.Ps’ speeches during debates.

There is a decline of the democracy process which is in our Constitution of debate, argue and then vote.

The other negative impact is the declineof our sacred culture, our Samoan custom and tradition (SOALAUPULE I LE AVA FATAFATA MA LE FAAALOALO). I guess it might be the real situation that clicks the writer’s anger.

This is the first time I’ve seen someone supporting E.F.K.S. on Letter to the Editor got really angry.... A’O AI SE A GOFOGOFO MA LE FIAFIA PE A A’AFIA FAIFEAU AEMAISE LE FA’ALALA MAI O LE FALEPUIPUI AE FAAVALEVALEA MA SESE LE TULAFONO.... So I agree 100 percent with the writer, the “hammer should fall straight on the P.M’s head.”

The P.M. was the main person who created the toxic environment we are in. He puts our people in danger. The P.M. is responsible for endangering the lives of our people with his unconstitutional and unchristian tax law, with his violent and divisive speeches and with his defamation against E.F.K.S. to discredit E.F.K.S.

I believe that something bad is going to happen if the P.M. refuses to consider Christianity and our culture to lower the level of anger and discourse and to create peace. Nobody especially a P.M. or a leader of any country should be using harassment and threats and an absolute rule to put people in danger.

I can go on and on but enough said you got the point Samoa. For E.F.K.S. and its members, IA ONOSAI, TATOU O PEA I ALA O LE ATUA, O LALO A E SAILI AI MALO, MA IA FILEMU SAMOA.

SAUNI E O I LE FALEPUIPUI A’O FIFILEMU MEA UMA I SI O TATOU ATUNU’U PELE “FAAVAE I LE ATUA SAMOA”
