Court ordered accused to reside in Mulivai

Aaron Vitale from Ma’agao was ordered by the court on Monday during court mentions, to reside at Mulivai, Safata.

Mr. Vitale is charged with the murder of Kaisara Tangatauli of Ma’agao.

Presiding over the matter was Chief Justice, His Honour Patu Tiavasu’e Falefatu Sapolu.

“You are to reside there on bail under the conditions that you are to surrender all travel documents and you are not allowed to go near the family of the victim,” Chief Justice said.

The matter is adjourned until next week to give time for the accused and his lawyer to negotiate. Mr. Vitale was charged with the murder of Kaisara Tagantauli last week and Monday was his first appearance in court.
