Helen and Dave say “I do”

It was the beginning of eternity for Dave and Helen last Friday as they tied the knot at the L.D.S. temple in Pesega.

Despite living in American Samoa, these two lovebirds decided to get hitched in Apia.

“The temple is the most important part of the wedding,” says Helen.  “It’s the only place we’re able to become eternal with each other.”

The weather did little to hamper the new Mr. and Mrs. Satele’s wedding celebrations. After their nuptials at the temple, the couple celebrated their union at Sinalei Reef Resort with close family and  Helen and Dave, both 27, live and work in American Samoa.  Helen is a Pharmacy Technician at the L.B.J. Hospital, while Dave is a Telehealth Coordinator for the Tripler T.B.I. clinic.

Helen’s parents are Tupulua and Mitzie Jessop Ta’ase.  Dave’s parents are Masaga and Sesilia Satele.  The couple are excited for this new chapter in their lives and are grateful to their family and friends for helping them celebrate their special day.
