WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) — Fiji-born All Blacks center Seta Tamanivalu will quit the Hamilton-based Chiefs to play for the Crusaders in next season's Super Rugby tournament.

Tamanivalu made his Super Rugby debut in 2015 and won his first cap for the New Zealand All Blacks against Wales in June after a series of powerful performances for the Chiefs. He has played three tests this season, all as a replacement.

Tamanivalu's move to the Christchurch-based Crusaders will allow him to play regularly at outside center in a midfield partnership with established All Blacks inside center Ryan Crotty. He will also team with Fiji winger Nemani Nadolo in a giant outside backs combination.
