The Judiciary will welcome Samoa’s newest Judge during a ceremony today.
It follows Lei’ataualesa Darryl Clarke’s appointment as a Judge of the District Court.
Confirmed by the outgoing Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Justice and Courts Administration, Masinalupe Tusipa Masinalupe, Lei’ataualesa will be sworn in today at the Supreme Court.
Mr. Clarke received his Bachelor of laws (LLB) in Canberra University in 1997. He was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Samoa in 2002.
Lei'ataualesa was educated in Samoa, Vanuatu and Australia. He is the former president of the Samoa Cancer Society.
He is a partner in Clarke Ey Lawyers and specializes in Commercial advisory work and litigation.
