Two men have been charged in relation to the murder of a 28-year-old male of Sinamoga two weeks ago.
This was confirmed yesterday by the Media Officer of the Ministry of Police, Maotaoalii Kaoineta Kitiona.
The identity of the two accused were not released.
But Maotaoali’i said they are scheduled to appear in Court next month.
The deceased man was found dead near his home.
A post mortem was conducted last week to determine the cause of death before he was buried last Saturday.
Maotaoalii also confirmed four unrelated deaths reported to the Police last week. The first death was a male of 23-year-old who committed suicide by hanging himself on the 18th January 2016.
While two of the deaths are suicide-related, and one due to drowning, an investigation is underway to determine the cause of death for a 7-month old baby who died at the hospital.
