If there was and is no poverty in Samoa how is poverty reduction one of Stui’s legacies?
Seems ironical that for a guy who spends a lot of time denying the existence of poverty in this island paradise, he is going to be remembered for reducing something that does not exist.
Or does it?
I am so confused.
