Re: Why you are wrong Mr. Editor
In response to Mustafa Kemal, that is your opinion and I respect that.
However, there are two sides to every story. Your view is siding with the Palestinians, and frankly playing the “victim” card.
Christians see Israel as God’s chosen people, and yes we did help them get some of their land back, and yes the U.S. will always lobby for them as a true nation state not caring how much that fact is hated and despised by the followers of your Islamic faith.
Yet, unfortunately, there will never be true peace there until the end of time. Christian nations, like the U.S. and Samoa will always have a heart for God’s chosen people, regardless of what they did or did not do in the past, or whether or not they are Messianic or Orthodox Jews.
By your response to the editor above clearly a sense of vitriol, anger, and hatred towards Israel and Christianity and the US. That, in my opinion, is the difference of what you Muslims believe and what us Christians believe.
You cry “foul” and “look at this and that” but all the while not looking at your own beliefs and accepting the wrongs of your religion.
Jesus taught: Matthew 7v:5 5” Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.”
In the end we can honestly agree to disagree when it comes to Jerusalem. Time will tell but I do know there will be no peace there until the new Jerusalem.
Revelation 21: 1-2:
21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Peace of Christ be with you! Merry Christmas.
