You would think Mr Bentley would have prioritized the booking engine as it is the most important part of an airline operation.
Was he and Samoa Airways CEO under the assumption that the airline was going to fly with a 100% capacity by just a word of mouth?
You could fool me there, but come on now this is 2017 and there are sufficient and capable booking systems out-there readily available that could have perfected the launch of Samoa Airways.
I couldn’t stop laughing when I saw the hand-written boarding passes and then when trying to book my grandparents from Sydney to Apia on Samoa Airways was like climbing Mt Everest (not that I climbed Mt Everest) but it was difficult trying to book it on their defunct website and I have tried 3 different booking systems, Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan to no avail.
Mr Bentley and Mr CEO please get with the programme and prioritize.
