Re: Animals in Samoa
All animals have intelligence; emotion, unconditional love and they feel pain and suffer psychologically as well.
They would be closer to consciousness or God’s nature, than we are as humans.
True spiritual understanding must encompass sentient life forms as part of the greater consciousness.
A step further in not eating the flesh of dead animals, allows for a change in your energy vibration and consequent health benefits.
I say all this as a practicing vegan and student of spiritual practice but I know this will be difficult for many Samoans to grasp and comprehend.
We must evolve to a higher level in thought and in spiritual practice and be one with all of God’s creations, show compassion towards each other and animals.
An animal sanctuary in Samoa would be vital. Education is also important to show people compassionate care towards animals. Peace!
