Pacific leaders to meet Chinese President

Prime Minister Tuilaepa Dr. Sa’ilele Malielegaoi has arrived in Port Moresby, P.N.G with other Pacific Island leaders to observe the 26th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders Summit. He is among leaders of eight Pacific Island states that recognise Beijing diplomatically, and will meet the Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the regional economic summit in Port Moresby.

Samoa needs to hold free sex education programmes on safe sex and make condoms available for free so people can protect themselves. We can’t stop people from doing what they are doing but we can educate people on making the right choices so they can protect themselves.

Making a profit is a nice idea but based upon past experience this is not realistic, as the best outcome is not to lose too much money while at the same time trying to maximize other benefits to Samoa.
