Magiagi Fereti is leaving for New Zealand for medical treatment.

And that’s thanks to Good Samaritan, Vainiu Liu Kuey and V&S Bonus, for making the trip possible so he could get the treatment on his right eye.

“This life, we don’t need to wait when we know that it’s the right time to help those in need,” said Vainiu. “We pray that God will be with the doctors and just guide their hands so everything goes smoothly with Magiagi’s operation.

“From every one of us here at V&S Bonus, God bless you Magiagi and we pray for a speedy recovery.”

Magiagi thanked Vainiu and V&S Bonus for their support.

“I’m speechless and very grateful beyond words on your quick response Vainui and your V&S Bonus” Magiagi said.

“My deepest heartfelt thanks for your assistance.”  Last week, Mr. Fereti and his wife, Lafitaga approached the Samoa Observer, saying they were desperately in need of help.

This is not the first time they’ve approached the Samoa Observer for help.

Last year, when Mr. Fereti was told he needed to go to New Zealand for medical treatment for his right eye, a Good Samaritan was able to help them out and paid for their airfares. Mr. Fereti has six children and all of them are at school and the only provider of the family is his wife Lafitaga.
