Really, the church obviously isn’t working - look around Samoa, people are merely hiding behind it and everyone knows it. 

It’s the desperation of people stressed out by all the stupid monetary customs putting pressure on the family budget. 

Get rid of donations to fat churches and stop falavelave .... People need to put family first the pressures are unrealistic on these people, their depressed then using alcohol to forget their worries and taking it out on their innocent families.

On top of that people need to be educated for income potential their buying eggs when they have chickens.
