Papalii Leslie Petaia has been appointed president of Football Federation Samoa (FFS) for the next four years.

Fuata Lai Tautiga is the new vice president.

The FFS decided on top roles during their Ordinary Congress meeting yesterday.

In 2015, Papali’i Leslie Petaia was one of the newly elected FFS executive board. But he succeeded the former FFS president, Reverend Laupama Solomona and is supported in his role by CEO Faumuina Michael Kapisi.

Football Federation Samoa was founded in 1968 with a mission to be “a well governed, structured and credible Member Association that effectively and efficiently delivers football for all, through youth development, health & well being, communities, family support, ongoing education and partnerships.”
