The government is broke

Dear Editor,

Re: Ele’s treatment story of Samoa

The simple fact is the Samoa Government is absolutely broke.

Samoa government has $000,000,000 in their bank account.

In reality Samoa government is $2billion in debt.

It is time to bring in professional auditors from overseas to do a thorough audit of all government finances.

Samoans have the right to know because it is not the P.M’s and H.R.P.P’s money.

It is time to investigate all connections in government departments.

Samoans have the right to know who is related to the P.M. and H.R.P.P Ministers holding high posts.

It is time to investigate all government individual’s bank accounts (including past ministers) and the transfers of money overseas

Samoans have the right to know why Samoa is broke as.

It is time to investigate S.I.F.A. (Sifa rhymes with kikifa and that is where the Samoa government is at the moment.)

Samoans have the right to know where all of the $2billion has gone.

The P.M. must be held accountable. Samoans need to know how the P.M. is planning to pay the $2billion debt.

Samoans should not wait for the mother of all projects to pay for all the government employees and the millions in interests owing to the World banks.

It is time for the P.M. to stop sitting/sleeping in his high office up in the clouds and start walking around every village of Samoa and find out whether his people on the ground level are hurting and if so ask them how he can help each family. This simple exercise will awaken the P.M. and make him fit again.
