Glimpse of hope for child vendors

An absolutely vital effort has to start at home. It was one of the things that struck me while on holiday there was the children selling goods, and you good see the look of hopelessness in their eyes.

I empathize and understand fully the different reasons that impact on children who are often the most vulnerable.

There are no easy solutions as it is the responsibility of all. I know the difference that education can make to one person and ultimately the collective.

One of the things that is interesting is that the children are penalised for not being at school – this often is not a deterrent. Awesome initiative.
