An opinion in regards to E.P.C’s attitude.

The power was disconnected at Le Vai on Monday 23rd January 2018.  The power bill was due Saturday 20th January 2018.  

Sunday was the following day and then the power was disconnected at 2-2.30pm. 

I wish to address that a warning or a reminder would have been suffice as we have been in business for 25 years and we have had no problem in paying our monthly bill on time.  

Looking at the history of Le Vai with E.P.C. will support my argument.

I forgot the E.P.C. invoice on my desk underneath other stuff until they turned up to disconnect power.  We could use the Samoan term, “Ava Fatafata” just a reminder but no they disconnected.
