Business Systems Limited (B.S.L) has spiced up Episode 1 of its 40th Anniversary celebration for 2017 with their B.S.L. Open Day!

Held during the weekend at their Taufusi complex, this is the second year B.S.L. has put up an Open Day as part of their All Year Round Back to School Campaign. 

The concept was a result of the company’s observation over the years, whereby parents and most customers wanted to spend less time in the shops but obtain everything that is required for their children as they prepare to get back to school. 

B.S.L. Open Day opened up the shop to operate outside together with a number of activities put in place to not only entertain children while parents are shopping, but most importantly to further the exposure on their other exciting programmes that are all on offer as part of their Back to School Campaign.

A number of parents and students were present to take advantage of not only the great specials the company is offering its customers but also most of them were interested in some of the original programmes like B.S.L. Ambassadors as well as B.S.L. Nobesity.

Parents found it easy to shop outside of the shop while their children were taking advantage of the playground activities that were also made available at the site for children. 

“This is convenient, everything is here!!” one customer said. With this initiative, it attracted a lot of people and traffic because it was impossible for traffic to miss, especially with the live band. Customers appreciated the Open Day concept as some just wanted to buy on the go and out in the open instead of going into the store. Discussions were made with the customers regarding the application forms for B.S.L. Ambassadors’ Programme, which sees the company providing $20,000 cash scholarships for 40 students for 2017.  Some of the customers were particularly after the B.S.L. Nobesity Programme, so that was one of the reasons they drove to B.S.L. - to utilise the Back to School Specials and also enquired about this great health initiative.

“Today’s event was ideally to help customers shop at their convenience. It was a successful event and we thank all our customers for capitalizing on this initiative for their children’s Back to School preparations,” said Leeroy Feaunati, Marketing Manager. 

The B.S.L. All Year Round Back to School campaign will be running until 9th February. The company will close this campaign with a draw to give back to their customers with 10 great B.S.L. prizes such as school fees vouchers, school uniform vouchers, Digicel and Bluesky data plans and Nobesity Programme vouchers. The B.S.L. Ambassadors Programme, B.S.L. Schools Project, B.S.L. Sports and B.S.L. Nobesity Programme will run throughout this whole year.
