Re: Samoa Airways secure new aircraft 

It’s interesting that Icelandair will be supplying a Boeing 737 when they do not have any in their fleet.

The last 737-300 they had was retired in 2004 and their last 737-400 was retired in 2001. However, they are scheduled to take delivery of some new generation 737-MAX planes in 2018.

I hope Samoa is getting these new planes, instead of some old retired plane that Icelandair digs up for this contract.
