Opening the Games on a Sunday

Dear Editor,

Re: Pacific Games open on Sunday

Why on a Sunday? The Pacific Nations also observe the Sundays in their respective countries, and Samoa as a Christian nation according to their Constitution opt to use the Sunday to open their games?

What is wrong with our Leaders nowadays, especially the H.R.P.P.?

Let the players experience Sunday Services in Villages before they started the competitions. Show them you are a Christian Nation, then Open your damn games on Monday.

The article and the photo shows two Matais - one from Vaimoso (Lepale), one from Lufilufi (Moefaauo), and a son of a Methodist Faifeau.

This is why the Chinese and other Major Constructions are working on Sundays, it’s because your H.R.P.P. and Tuilaepa are allowing them. You are belittling God who is the Highest, the Only God of Samoa. Not Tuilaepa!
