Re: Samoa’s $140m international gateway
How many years or generations before we get a return in investment?
If 3 planes still arrive a day at Faleolo Airport for the next 5 years then this new face-lift construction was a massive loss making operation.
I am hoping that Samoa will receive 300 passengers per hour because at the moment it is less than 30 passengers per hour (30x24=720 a day) which is only 10% capacity.
More planes arriving should be the goal at whatever cost.
Telling Virgin Airlines that they are not welcome to land on Faleolo Airport is the stupidest thing to do.
You can’t pick and choose when you are at begging level.
