England No. 8 Vunipola out of 6 Nations because of injury
LONDON (AP) — England received a major injury blow ahead of the Six Nations when Billy Vunipola was ruled out of the whole tournament because of a broken arm.
Vunipola's club, Saracens, says the No. 8 will need 12 weeks to recover after fracturing his forearm against Ospreys in the European Champions Cup last weekend.
The Six Nations starts on Feb. 3 and runs for six weeks.
Also Friday, Wales said flyhalf Rhys Priestland will miss the majority of the Six Nations because of a hamstring injury.
