The E.T.V. Productions team has presented eight parts of the Silamanino series to the Prime Minister.

According to the Director of the Silamanino series, Toepo Eliza Hunt, the early Christmas present was a way of thanking the Prime Minister and cabinet for their financial support.

“After episode 6, the cabinet approved $10,000 to help out with our project and that’s why we believe it’s appropriate to give back those sets to them.

“We are very thankful for the positive feedback from the community.”

E.T.V. Productions also gifted two other movies at the Wednesday presentation, both of which E.T.V. had put together: God is Good, and Ufi le tama ua gase.

Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi was not the only one to get an early Christmas gift.

Toepo gifted other sets to His Highness the Head of State Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi, members of the Council of Deputies and members of the Cabinet.

The Tautua Samoa Party Leader Palusalue Faapo II also received a set, as well as Maualaivao Pat Ah Him and the Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Tourism Authority, Matatamali’i Sonja Hunter.

Te’o Fata Magele Eteuati spoke on behalf of the E.T.V. Productions team and the cast of Silamanino series, and thanked the Honourable Prime Minister and his cabinet for their support.
