Wedding bells for Muliagatele and Leleiga

The Congregational Christian Church of Samoa at Afega was filled on Saturday with friends and families of Muliagatele Michael Jonathan Lee Lo and Leleiga Malifa.

The young couple first met four years ago as students at university. Reverend Luapene Nepo conducted the service reminding the couple that marriage is a lifetime commitment.

Leleiga is the second child of Fata Malifa and Utumaoe Malifa’s 13 children. She is 22 and from the village of Afega. She works as a Mortgage Bank Officer in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

Muliagatele is the eldest son of Maluafoa Michael and Seluia Lee Lo’s four children. 

He is 22 and hails from the village of Fugalei. He works for Polynesian Airlines at the Faleolo Airport.

Following the church service, the reception to celebrate the marriage of the newlyweds, was held at St Therese Retreat and Accommodation, Leauva’a.
