Bank South Pacific (BSP) has come on silver as a Silver Sponsor for the 28th Marist Sevens 2016, with a sponsorship of $5,000.00 in cash and $10,000.00 in in-kind. 

This includes 20 match officials’ polo shirts for the referees who are officiating the games, 20 shirts for the ball boys and other merchandise such as umbrellas, caps and bags.This sponsorship reinforces BSP’s commitment not only as the market leader in the South Pacific’s banking and financial sector, but as a committed partner in the community, cultural and sporting activities. 

“BSP is proud to sponsor this event as participants of this tournament are players from villages in Savaii and here in Upolu as well as a few teams from overseas. 

But most importantly we are giving a little back to the community by supporting this event to help with the youths development in their career in rugby,” Maryann Lameko-Vaai, Country Head, Bank South Pacific Samoa. 

“BSP wishes all the teams participating in this tournament the best of luck and may the best team wins,” Mrs Lameko-Vaai added. The Marist 7s will kick off today at Apia Park and with Saturday being the last day of this annual event.
