After years of courtship, Katerina Fiaola Reupena and John Samuel Moe have exchanged matrimonial vows.

The marriage took place before family and friends at the Congregational Christian Church at Vaitele-Uta on Saturday.

The wedding ceremony was conducted by Reverend Muao Su’a.

“God made it clear that those whom He joined together in marriage, man should not separate…vows before God are eternal,” said Reverend Su’a

Katerina Fiaola is the daughter of Fiaola Reupena Lokeni and his wife, Leueta of Samatau, Matatufu and Vaitele-Uta.

Her husband, John Samuel Moe, is the eldest son of Levaopolo Ai Moe and Maria Passi-Moe of Saleaula, Taufusi and Vaimoso.

The church service was followed by a feast with the traditional formalities at the National University of Samoa fale, at Vaivase.
