Misiluki Spa Skincare Club launched

They say that aging is a fact of life, but looking your age isn’t.

What many fear as they get older are those much-dreaded wrinkles, but what if you were told that your “young at heart” attitude can also be advertised through your skin by simply taking care of it?

There is no more need to worry and add to those wrinkles because locally-owned and locally-branded Misiluki Spa, is here for you.

Located on the second floor of the S.S.A.B. building, Misiluki Spa launched their new Misiluki Skincare Club last Thursday with one simple goal in mind - to help you take care of your skin.

Clients were treated to complimentary drinks, snacks and just a night full of fun; all in the name of healthy and beautiful skin.

“This is for everyone who loves to use the Misiluki Skincare or wants to start using it,” Spa consultant, Julie Parrinder told the Sunday Samoan on behalf of owner, Lufilufi Rasmussen.

“So the participants who showed up tonight (Thursday), will be signed up for the club and receive 30 percent off all skincare products.

“Once you are in the system, then you will get 20 percent off all future skincare purchases. We just want to help people take good care of their skin.”

Ms. Parrinder said the spa not only helps those seeking beauty treatments, but it’s all done in the most natural and local way possible.

It also acts as a safe haven to escape the stresses of life and offers much-needed relaxation.

“We are a full service day spa where we offer natural treatments,” she said.

“We try and use local ingredients wherever we can. We do manicures, pedicures, waxing treatment. We also just introduced eyelash extensions.

“It’s just a lovely place to come and escape. The membership of the club will include a monthly newsletter which includes news on the Misiluki Skincare line, upcoming events, at-home skin care tips and all our monthly specials.

“We will also have incentives for special events such as the birthdays of our clients and so on.”

But other than looking and feeling a lot younger, what is so important about your skin?

Our skin serves as a protective barrier between your insides and the rest of the world and that is nothing to take lightly when considering Samoa’s harsh climate.

“We are always baking in the sun and many of us don’t really protect our skin,” Ms. Parrinder explains.

“Under the Samoan heat, it’s very easy for our skin to become dehydrated and so I feel that using our skincare products just helps to add that hydration and the much-needed nutrients back into your skin.

“So we are helping your skin in the most natural way possible.”

So rather than just feel young, why not look it too with the help of the Misiluki Skincare Club. They can be reached 20759.
