Fatal crash claims man’s life
A man in his 20s died yesterday morning when his vehicle veered off the road at Ululoloa and crashed into a family fence.
The death was confirmed by a Police Officer, who is not authorised to speak to the media.
He told the Sunday Samoan that the vehicle was traveling from the Si’usega heading towards Tuaefu when the crash happened.
Speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
“He was drunk when we arrived at the scene,” the officer said.
The accident occurred around 1am when the deceased was on his way home after a night out with his friends.
The deceased body is at the morgue awaiting a Police investigation.
