The claim by the General Secretary of the E.F.K.S. Church, Reverend Vavatau Taufao, about the Government bringing back the colonialism mentality sounds like something a fa’afafine would say. That’s what Prime Minister Tuilaepa Dr. Sa’ilele Malielegaoi said, hitting back at the General Secretary over the ongoing tax dispute between the Government and the E.F.K.S. Church.

When times are tough, the celebration of victories – whatever the size - is extremely important. It will go a long way to ensure future success. The same must be said for our beloved Manu Samoa today. Their two victories over Germany, starting with the win in Apia two weeks ago, and the one in Germany yesterday morning, are moments to savour.
