Experiences in Samoa can never be replicated.

Like enjoying a massive feed from Pinati’s or eating freshly cooked food straight out of the umu (earth oven); these are just a few things that Blues Captain, Jerome Kaino and Steven Luatua embraced during their short stint in Samoa.

On island to promote the upcoming Blues vs. Reds games ,the two powerhouse players are seen embracing the authentic lifestyle Samoa offers.

From the handmade, deep fried pancakes served at the food market in town to the eating at popular eateries the video posted by Blues management showcases some of the best Samoa has to offer.

In the video, Captain Jerome Kaino said, “ the umu, palusami and taro, you can make them in New Zealand but its never the same .”

The video follows the dynamic duo during their short stay in Samoa.
