Marist Saints has won the Marist  Touch Rugby men’s tournament held at the Tuanaimato Soccer Fields yesterday.

The Saints overcame Bladerunners in a thrilling final, 4-3, which went to a sudden death  playoff.

Six teams battled it out in beautiful conditions.

The Vailima and Apia Bottling Marist Touch Tournament continues today with the Open Mix tournament where 10 teams including Marist Sydney and Wellington will vie for the top prize.

The competition is part of the Marist International Sports Week,  which continues tonight with Boxing, culminating in the Sevens tournament on Friday and Saturday.
