PR - Business Systems Limited (B.S.L) has launched its All Year Round Back to School Campaign as the Episode 1 for its 40th Anniversary Celebrations.

The All Year Round Back to School Campaign includes a number of new initiatives the original Stationery Store introduced in 2016 like the B.S.L Ambassadors, B.S.L School Projects, B.S.L Healthy Living and B.S.L Sports.

The B.S.L Ambassadors’ Programme as introduced last year sees B.S.L extending its support to 40 selected students for 2017.

The B.S.L Ambassadors will be awarded $500 each to go directly to their school fees, stationery and some could utilise the rest of their funds for school uniforms.

Furthermore, the students will do ambassadorial work for the company including the chance to work part time and assist with other B.S.L initiatives throughout the year.

The scholarship allocated to each recipient is strictly monitored by B.S.L to ensure it goes only to the direct and appropriate costs of the students’ education for 2017.

Marketing Manager, Leeroy Feaunati, said there were many success stories from B.S.L Ambassadors last year.

Application forms for the B.S.L Ambassador’s programme are available from B.S.L branches or you can contact them via BSL Facebook Page.

School project

The second initiative is the B.S.L School Project whereby it is a direct marketing initiative aimed at schools who support the company throughout the year.

This initiative saw a number of schools receiving great prizes last year including a Van, which was won by Don Bosco (Savai’i) with the highest purchase of 2016.

As B.S.L is celebrating its 40th Anniversary, the company is not only rewarding the school with the highest purchase this year with another Van but there are 40 great prizes to be won by schools who also continue to support the company.

“Schools have always been one of the key customers for the business since the beginning and we feel this initiative is about embracing their support over the years,” said Leeroy.

Healthy living

Another feature of the B.S.L All Year Round B.T.S Campaign 2017 is the B.S.L Healthy Living and B.S.L Sports.

These initiatives are to solidify one of B.S.L’s focal points in their marketing campaigns to influence the younger generation and schools about healthy living.

This follows their successful partnership with One Touch Ministry from the last two years whereby B.S.L continues to power the Nobesity Programme.

For B.S.L Sports, this strengthens B.S.L support for Sports especially national tournaments at the ground level.

B.S.L will also support school tournaments like Samoa Independence International Sevens Schools Competitions, the B.S.L SCOPA Back to School Netball Tournament, Tennis and Cricket.

“This is simply the business commitment to schools and in the end, it satisfies their objective of being vocal in terms of promoting health in Samoa and especially at schools.”

On top of these initiatives, B.S.L is also having a Mass Campaign for B.T.S to assist with parents as they are preparing for their children for this school year.

“There are a lot of great deals and prizes also to be won by their customers as they buy from their B.T.S promotion.

“B.S.L Is also holding a Open Day 21st January t their B.S.L company where they are pretty much bringing their shop outside do the customers can also shop at their convenience.

“During the B.S.L Open Day, there will be lots of B.S.L items on clearance. All these initiatives will take place all year long whereas the B.S.L Mass Campaign will be wrapped up on the 9th of February.”
