Samoa National Netball team has booked their spot for the 2019 Netball World Cup in Liverpool, England. Following an undefeated run at the Regional Qualifiers in Auckland, New Zealand, over the weekend, Samoa together with Fiji, who was the runner up, were the top teams from the competition.

The Royal Samoa Country Golf Club teed off its 2018 season yesterday. Held at the Fagalii Golf Course, Aeau Peniamina Leavai, a member and a Patron of the club hit the first tee ball to open the season for all the members of the club and for anyone to play golf.

The Business System Limited (B.S.L.) and Bluesky School Netball Champ of Champs 2018 kicked off the first day of the tournament yesterday morning. Held at the National University of Samoa Gymnasium, 20 Secondary Schools from all over Samoa were first assembled for the opening ceremony before taking the battling out in Court.

After a marvelous performance in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Samoa Weightlifting Juniors is set to hit the gym again. The Samoa National Weightlifting Junior team includes Silver medalists, 18-year-old Don Opeloge and 17-year-old Gold medalist’s female lifter, Feagaiga Stowers.
