Virginia So’oalo has her parents extremely happy this Festive Season.

The 19-year-old was announced as second to Dux for Avele College during the school’s end of year prize giving.

Virginia is the daughter of Winnie and Koroseta So’oalo, of Vaigaga.

“I believe that everything is possible with God, and whatever dream we have let God lead our way there,” she said.

As a young girl, Virginia has big plans for the future.

She wants to become a lawyer; to follow the footsteps of her uncle.

“My uncle Richard Faaiuaso who is a lawyer is my number one role model in my family,” said Virginia. “I envy him, I admire his career and I want to be like him in the future.”

The young graduate wanted to thank the staff of Avele College especially their school principal Lesaisaea Matafeo Reupena.

Lastly, she thanked her year 13 level.

“Today we end one journey but also start another.”
