First get rid of the PM from Samoa Rugby Union.

The PM hired the best Sevens coach in the world and they haven’t won jack squat. Replacing the Rugby coach every 6 months or every year is not going to fix the real problem at SRU Headquarters. 

There is a big fat elephant in the room and nobody can move, breathe, think or blow their nose. 

I have recently read the letter of the resigned coach of the Under 20s. And he was working under the pressure of “leai se kupe” (no money) So he had to use his own personal money and rely on his family for help with the coaching of the Samoa Under 20s.

So what was the SRU staff doing? Picking their noses?

Replacing the Under 20s coach didn’t make a difference because. The Under 20s rugby team came 8th position out of 8.

Please if you advertise for a new Rugby coach make sure you mention that one criteria is they are loaded with money because they going to need it. And they have to listen to the big white elephant’s BS speeches.

Where has all the SRU money gone to? On SRU staff salary and hiring hotels that belong to the SRU Staff. And any other uses that do not benefit the team but themselves first.

I repeat here: Clean out the SRU and get a big crane to lift out that big fat elephant in the middle of the room.
