Where is the church?

Dear Editor,

Why are Samoan churches staying silence when all these politicians are misusing God’s name in their politicking?

If Stui keeps quoting God but his actions contradicts his faithful devotions, why isn’t a single voice of a church leader rebuking Stui for saying the name of God in vain?

If there are evidences of poverty in Samoa with the growing number of children begging on streets why are they staying silence about corruptions in the government, which causes the disappearance of funds that could have helped eliminate poverty?

If you’re not going to say anything or refuse to say anything concerning morality at the leaders of H.R.P.P, will you stop taking money from the people week in week out?

But before you attack me for showing no respect for ‘our dear leader’ here is an interesting quote from the Bible for all of us Including Tuilaepa Sa’ilele Malielegaoi and Liuga..... 2 Peter 2:20-21 (20) If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and are overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning.

{21) It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then to turn their backs on the sacred command that was passed on to them.
