Now that Ele Opeloge has finally had her official medal ceremony, its back to working hard in the gym for more medals.

But before Ele returns to the weights, she made one last stop to say thank you to those who gave to the Samoa Observer’s Ele Fund.

On Wednesday , Ele visited the Robert Louis Stevenson Primary School in Lotopa, who contributed $750 to the Fund.

At the school, Ele was accompanied by her coach and President of Samoa Weightlifting Federation, Tuaopepe Jerry Wallwork.

The boys and girls at Robert Louis expressed  great interest in the sport of weightlifting.

Tuaopepe addressed the great amount of work Ele had put in to achieve the level of success they have reached.

The silver medallist also humbly addressed the staff and students for their kindness in coming together and giving for the Ele Fund.

The Principal, Fiaapia Devoe presented one last token of thanks for all that Ele has done.

She presented Ele with a singlet bearing the R.L.S.S. logo so that she will remember her brief time at Robert Louis Stevenson Primary School where ever she goes.
