PR - Digicel Samoa yesterday announced the release of its new ‘My Digicel’ app, an interactive and user-friendly tool that allows customers to manage their overall mobile experience.

Having undergone significant changes in both look, feel and functionality, the app now boasts a whole host of new and amazing features including data and credit balance widget, a simple to follow graphic display of customers’ usage, plan filtering and the ability to activate, deactivate and upgrade data plans.

In addition, once downloaded, the app is free to use as not a single MB of a customers’ data is used to access the information and content available on the app.

Digicel Samoa’s Chief Customer Officer, Deepak Khanna, the app is all about improving the customers’ experience.

“We are always looking for ways to enhance our customers’ mobile experience, so we are excited to be introducing this latest version of My Digicel App,” he said. 

“With features like the balance check widget on the home screen, customers can easily monitor and take control of their usage.”

Known as the go-to-place for all things Digicel, existing features allow customers to send top up to any Digicel phone, view account information and see & subscribe to the latest promotions and offers – whenever they wish.

The ‘My Digicel’ app has an automatic log in capability in most markets and is available through the Play Store and Apple’s App Store to all smartphone users.
