Thank you sir for your explanations. 

It seems that Samoa needs to undergo a change to ensure that those elected are truly in a position to represent and debate the wishes and intentions of their village or district. 

Perhaps the Judiciary needs to ensure that laws against coercion are strictly adhered to in the election process and perhaps there is a need for intervention from the Tafa’ifa to return parliament to something more compatible with the state in 1962.
