The Minister should at least say something like, “Oh the octopus jumped out from the sea and grabbed the briefcase with the money during the handover.” 

I mean, do these people think there isn’t anyone listening to their pathetic responses. 

The Parliament is where the country’s finances/budgets are presented, debated and enacted but not so in Samoa. 

Which forum would he like this to be questioned? Under the bed?

They continue to treat our people with contempt and if they can’t do their job or know what to do, then step aside.
